At Strictly Stoked, we pack and ship every order with care so your gear arrives ready for the next adventure.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.

Delivery Times
Australia: 2–7 business days  
International: 7–21 business days (may vary by region)

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Free shipping may apply to select promotions or to orders meeting certain thresholds.

Lost or Delayed Parcels
We’re not responsible for delays once your order has been handed to the courier, but we’ll always help track it down if something goes wrong.  

If a package is lost or damaged in transit, contact us at strictlystokedco@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

Address Errors
Please double-check your address at checkout. We can’t replace or refund items shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
